Our 2026 summer market season starts Saturday April 25th and runs every Saturday thru September 19th from 8:30-12:00 at Trailblazer Park.
Travelers Rest Farmers Market presented by Prisma Health is held every Saturday from April 25th - September 19th from 8:30am-12pm. Browse from 85+ local vendors, share a picnic brunch with your neighbors, listen to live bands, and find entertainment for the whole family. Products offered include meats, vegetables, fruit, breads, cheeses, pastries, soaps, candles, and more! TRFM happily accepts SNAP-EBT and has a SNAP-doubling program!
Our Harvest Market returns on Thursdays in October from 5:30-8:00 at Trailblazer Park! Join us for a live concert on the lawn while enjoying a local dinner from one of our food trucks and shopping from our lineup of 35+ handpicked vendors.
We will be hosting a Kids Costume Parade and trick or treating with our vendors on October 30th! Follow our social media for the latest updates, or sign up for our monthly email!
Our Opening Day Plant Sale will be on April 25th from 8:30-12:00 at Trailblazer Park. Our annual Plant Sale offers a plethora of summer plant starts, indoor plants, seeds, gardening supplies, fresh cut flowers, bonsai trees, etc.
In addition to the Plant Sale, enjoy our full summer line-up of 85 local vendors offering produce, meats, bread, cheeses, soaps, candles, and other artisan goods!
We also have weekly live music, food trucks, market yoga, and free kids activities!
On this Saturday, we host the Greenville Pipes and Drums bagpipe marching band in anticipation of the Gallabrae Scottish Games. This event is not the Scottish games, but you can meet the organizers and buy tickets for the event!

To celebrate Independence Day and the Fourth of July, Travelers Rest Farmers Market hosts a Kids Bike Parade in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Travelers Rest!
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
- Market starts at 8:30.
- Bike lineup begins at 9:30.
- The parade begins at 10:00.
Decorate your bike in red, white and blue! Winner superlatives go to the Most Creative and Most Patriotic displays. No registration required to enter. Kids of all ages are encouraged to participate as we lead a parade around the farmers market lawn.
Our annual fundraiser and legendary local culinary event, the Tomato Sandwich Taste Off, will return from 9:00-11:30 on July 25th! Join local chefs as they make their best tomato sandwich and compete to win the Big Tomato trophy! Proceeds from this event benefit the operation of the Travelers Rest Farmers Market, which supports 130+ local businesses and farms. Your ticket buys a sample-sized renditions of each of the chefs’ best attempts at a tomato sandwich and a vote to choose the winner. Voting ends at 11:30.
Join us for a tropical day of fun at the TR Farmers Market as we embrace the end of summer and wish for sunny skies & vacation vibes to last forever. Staycation Saturday is on August 15th, where we’ll have Caribbean food & music, and a beach-themed market. Grab your tropical shirts and beach gear and we’ll see you there!
Join us on August 22nd for our Annual Folk Craft Day as we highlight local artisans and celebrate our region's rich history of heritage craft! We have a full line-up of live demonstrations from master craftsmen coming your way! Bring the family and enjoy demonstrations from blacksmiths, spinners, weavers, wood workers, instrument craftsman, and potters!
On our last Saturday of the summer season, we celebrate the apple harvest! Enjoy apples from local orchards and apple-themed products from many of our vendors: apple pies, soaps, candles, pastries, earrings, tea towels, you name it! We're here to celebrate the end of another great summer.
TRFM hosts two Farm to Table Dinners throughout the year as fundraisers for the Farmer Fund - an internal grant program that provides Capacity Building & Disaster Relief grants to local farmers. We plan to host a restaurant farm-to-table dinner in the spring of 2026. Check back for more information!
